I joined Abacus Financial Services in 2015 as an Operations Associate, as a means to navigate a work from home environment when my children were young. I began the pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Financial Planning at Liberty University, and graduated in May of 2022. Not long after I decided to pursue a Masters from Liberty as well, in Digital Marketing and Advertising.
I am a Richmond native who moved back to the area after my husband Scott’s time in the US Air Force. We have two children Flip, and Cecilia “Cece", plus our German Shepherd Pepper.
When away from the office you can find me as a spectator and participant in local athletics, from swimming, to cheerleading, basketball, and field hockey. Scott and I also enjoy serving on the board of directors at our local pool, and volunteering at our children’s school.
My favorite part of working at Abacus Financial?
Getting to interact with a variety of clients, and getting to know how they got to where they are, and where the want to go next.
